PRODUCED AT ILZENBERG MANOR

Wine Tasting

Since the XIV century, German nobles have cultivated vineyards in the northern regions. It is likely that a vineyard existed at Ilzenberg Manor as early as the XVI century. The wine was aged in vaulted Gothic cellars, which have remained in the Manor Palace to this day. Traditions are being revived. The largest vineyard in Lithuania was established in 2019. This is where the unique ILZENBERG wines are born, aged in the Manor’s cellars.
Master winemaker Andrius Diliautas – a true professional in his field – has been growing and cultivating grapes for over 20 years, crafting award-winning wines from them. ILZENBERG wines are based on unique recipes. A combination of old manor traditions and modern technologies preserves the naturalness of the wines and their best taste and aroma characteristics. 100% handmade, created with love.

Tasting of wines produced at Ilzenberg Manor

As early as the XIV century, German nobles established some of the northernmost vineyards in the world on these lands. It is likely that grapevines also grew at the Ilzenberg Manor, and that wine was aged in vaulted Gothic cellars, which have been preserved to this day.

This noble tradition is being revived today in a new form – the largest vineyard in Lithuania has been established at the Ilzenberg Manor, where the exceptional ILZENBERG wine is produced and aged in the authentic cellars of the Manor.

ILZENBERG wine tastings take place in the historic Gothic cellar (or in the reception hall), where you can sample 6–8 kinds of naturally fermented wines produced at Ilzenberg Manor, distinguished by their subtle flavour, elegance and the highest quality.

Immerse yourself in the authentic world of wine, where history blends with luxury, and every sip is a true taste experience.
