More than 100 exceptional food products are created today at Ilzenberg Manor, where centuries-old manorial traditions and respect for the land remain alive. Each ingredient has its own story – we grow most of our raw materials right here on our Manor Farm, where nature and people work in harmony.
During the tasting, a true treasure chest of manor flavours will open up before you: gourmet cheeses, exceptional meat products, creamy spreads, aristocratic delicacies and countless other products made with love, patience and completely free of artificial additives.
The Ilzenberg Manor farm has been recognized by the World Wildlife Fund as a “Baltic-friendly farm,” and our products win “Lithuanian Product of the Year” awards every year – soured milk, stewed chicken and ayran have already received them. These flavours not only delight but also remind us of what we miss most today – naturalness, authenticity and a connection to the land.
The tasting is led by a Manor guide who not only introduces the products but also reveals the philosophy of Ilzenberg Manor – harmony with nature, respect for traditions and a sincere joy of creation.
Every product you taste is healthy and delicious, naturally taking us back to the past and reminding us of what is so lacking today – naturalness, a connection to the land and the past, and harmony with nature. The tasting is led by a Manor guide.

Experience an authentic manorial atmosphere and discover the culinary traditions preserved at Ilzenberg Manor. This tasting is a unique opportunity to sample the same natural products made on the Manor’s farm as in the first option, but here you will enjoy a special space: the magnificent Dining Room or the elegant Event Hall of the Palace.
Here, every bite tastes different – among the historic walls and the restored majesty of the Manor. Natural cheeses, meat products, spreads and other delicacies, made with love, reveal a whole new brilliance, further enhanced by the stories of the Manor guide about Ilzenberg culinary traditions, the philosophy of the farm and the true manorial taste.

Sustainable Culinary Heritage TASTING-TOUR-EDUCATION: “In Harmony with Nature for the Sake of Healthy Food and a Brighter Baltic Sea”

Have you ever tasted food that is not only delicious, but also nutritious, natural and healthy? In the XXI century, this seems like a rare luxury, but Ilzenberg Manor invites you on a journey through a true manor culinary world, where tradition, nature and craftsmanship blend together.
The educational experience begins with a guided tour around the Manor’s farm: you will visit the dairy, poultry house, apiary, orchard, greenhouses, vineyard, and agricultural machinery park. In 2019, the World Wildlife Fund recognized our farm as the winner of a national competition – the “Baltic Sustainable Farm”.
Later, you will travel to the manor office (the Master’s House), where a tasting is waiting for you: you will sample the products of the Manor, grown in harmony with nature and produced naturally, while the guide explains the specifics of their production. Participants in the educational program will take part in practical activities – the first to complete them correctly will get a prize. The culmination is an impressive manorial surprise: a shot from Swedish cannon!

PICNIC at Ilzenberg Manor
Enjoy a picnic in a unique, manor-like atmosphere with your family or friends. Buy one of the natural PICNIC CHEESE or PICNIC MEAT sets at the shop, choose your favourite spot in the park, and enjoy the peace and quiet along with the delicious taste of the treats prepared with love at Ilzenberg Manor.
